The Ocean State Outlaws offer a new approach to softball development that goes beyond simply playing weekend tournaments. Our program is built on a “training and development first” philosophy, prioritizing the foundational skills, game intelligence, and personal growth of each player above just winning games. We believe true player development happens in a structured environment where learning is the primary goal.

On the Field: We focus on comprehensive training that includes structured skill-specific practices (hitting, fielding, pitching, catching), simulated game scenarios to develop physical acumen, and a heavy emphasis on understanding advanced strategy and “why” behind different plays.

Off the Field: Our commitment extends into classroom sessions to master the complex rules of the game. We are dedicated to providing players with a comprehensive understanding of the sport, creating intelligent, adaptable, and disciplined athletes prepared for high school and college competition.
